●Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, you are expected to lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver quality and timely HR shared services as well as to review and enhance operation processes efficiencies and control procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency and standardisation of HR processes and activities that comply and align with company’s policies as well as government legislations and regulations.
●Applying company policies and managing internal HR systems
●Managing the HR database and tracking key HR metrics
●Efficiently operationalise payment of Compensation and Benefits.
●Maintaining personnel data and SAP HR system records and ensuring data integrity and company’s record and data processing procedures comply with necessary requirements
●Managing HR operations in areas such as:
■Preparing staff commencement/cessation documents
■Managing employee benefits, salary administration and payroll
■Handling work passes renewals
●Drive ad hoc projects as required
●A Bachelor’s Degree
●At least 8 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role
●Good knowledge of labour legislation
●Extensive HR experience in leadership roles with strong people management and interpersonal skills
●Good written and spoken communication skills
●Possess a good knowledge of HR management software, proficient in Microsoft office and SAP
