●A leading real estate developer with regional presence.

Job Description:

●Manage relationship with parent company, subsidiaries, banks on financing requirements.

●Source, review the financing proposals and assist in the negotiation on loan terms.

●Put in place the documentation for debt capital market issues.

●Monitor loan covenants, interest rate, FX exposures and recommend hedging strategies.

●Review monthly reports relating to treasury matters.

●Liaise with finance colleagues and auditors on transactions relating to treasury matters.

What you need to know/ have:

●Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or ACCA

●Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in similar functions, preferably in property industry

●Self-motivated, resourceful with excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently

●Ability to work under pressure, handling challenging workloads with often changing priorities

●Strong interpersonal and communication skills
