Our client:

●One of the largest telecommunication operators in the world.

●They are seeking for an Assistant Manager, Service Delivery for their project team based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

●Work alongside the account teams to embed business relationships at senior levels within the customer base

●Develop and nurture a key understanding of customers’ strategy and business models, and translate that into unparalleled customer experience

●Accountable for providing technical guidance and proactively driving continuous service improvements and enhancements, and for ensuring all contractual obligations are tracked and met

●Measure and monitor service performance, including SLA measures, and ensure service reports are produced and delivered within agreed timescale

●Engage with internal stakeholders and drive product vendors/partners to maintain and enhance the solution & service model to build a market leading service offering for customers.

●Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Required:

●Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant disciplines

●Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT/Telecom industry, internet or other high technology company

●Experience of managing deployment  ICT / ISP Managed Services, end-to-end Enterprise Solutions would be considered

●Solid experience with Network, Network Security, IP & basic ICT and MPLS solutions would possess an added advantage

●Positive attitude, strong communication skills

●Strong presentation, organization and time management skills

●Must have acute commercial acumen

●Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese would have a better advantage to deal with Chinese speaking stakeholders
