Our client:

●One of the largest telecommunication operators in the world.

●They are seeking for a Assistant Manager, Human Resources for their APAC region based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:

●Responsible for HR functions of Asia Pacific Region to support and facilitate the operation and development of business

●Work closely with management team and serve as business partner to country units & teams

●Responsible for recruitment, interview, selection and hiring processes

●Serve as HR interface with the Hong Kong Headquarters and the Region’s employees with regard to daily HR operations and issues such as recruitment, salary administration, HR filing and records, communicating and disseminating Corporate HR information

●Handle employee relations counselling, outplacement counselling and exit interviews

●Promote Company branding and support Regional Head to drive business strategies and objectives

●Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in each country

●Any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Required:

●At least a Bachelor’s degree

●At least 5 years of relevant work experience in HR and talent acquisition

●Experience in Telecommunications/ICT industry would have an added advantage

●Regional exposure would be required due to the work nature

●Effectively bilingual to liaise with both Chinese and English speaking stakeholders

●Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills; Possess positive attitude towards work

●Excellent interpersonal skills, high cooperative and willing to meet people from all levels
