Our client:

●A leading real estate developer with regional presence with multi-business company with a global footprint in more than 20 countries.

Job Description:

●Co-ordinate with parent company, banks and subsidiaries (local and overseas) on financing requirements

●Source for financing proposals from banks/financial institutions

●Review financing proposals and assist in the negotiation with banks on loan terms and put in place the loan documentations for the financing

●Put in place the documentation for debt capital market issues

●Monitor interest rate and foreign exchange exposures and recommend hedging strategies for such exposures

●Monitor loan covenants to ensure compliance

●Review monthly reports relating to treasury matters

●Liaise with finance colleagues and auditors on transactions relating to treasury matters

●Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

What you need to know/ have:

●Degree in Accountancy (major in Finance), Business or ACCA

●Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in similar functions and preferably in property industry

●Self-motivated and resourceful with excellent analytical skills and ability to work independently

●Strong interpersonal and communication skills

●Ability to work under pressure, handling challenging workloads with often changing priorities
