Our client: 

●A renowned and listed property developer group with investments and regional presence in Asia Pacific.

●You  will primarily be involved in the South East Asia investment  activities, including assisting the Head of Investment & Development  in asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A

Role:

●Involved  in developing and implementing investment to divestment strategies,  optimising investment returns, identifying opportunities in the  logistics real estate portfolio, including merger and acquisition  activities to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.

●Managed  and grow the Development Team locally to unlock the company’s growth  strategy in the designated country, whilst working collaboratively with  cross-country colleagues.

●Work closely with the Head to drive  growth in the company’s land banks through origination of new  investments opportunities and strategic acquisitions, ensuring a robust  development pipeline enabling development of premium logistics  properties in high-demand low-supply locations for the customers.

●Responsible  for rationalisation of the region’s property portfolio, financial  performance accountability and improve the yield of the logistics real  estate properties under management.

●Collaborate with the Technical and Capital Transactions Teams to provide planning, infrastructure and due diligence advice.

●Assist in preparing investment proposals, management reports and board material.

Requirements:

●Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, Engineering or its equivalent.

●10 to 15 years’ experience in related real estate investments and development.

●Familiar with real estate markets, especially with experience in South East Asia logistics assets.

●Proficient  in financial modelling with good financial product knowledge, business  development and/or development management experience
