Our client:

●One of the leading Real Estate Developer in Singapore with global presence.

●They are sourcing for Senior Manager for their retail leasing team.

Main Responsibilities:

●Manage and motivate a team of Retail Leasing staff & ensure that KPIs are achieved

●All renewals & lease of vacant units are timely executed to achieve 100% occupancy rate

●Gross rental achieved meets the budgeted gross rental income

●Timely submission of tenants’ GTO and billing of additional rental

●Review rentals and occupancy periodically to implement appropriate marketing and renewal strategies

●Support arrears team & work with tenants who are habitually in arrears to reduce company risk exposure

●Prepare management reports and annual budgets as well as to share on market update of tenants or industry retail news for management reporting

●Analyse the GTO performance of tenants

●Establish and maintain strong and collaborative landlord-tenant relationships

Required:

●At least a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and/or equivalent

●A resourceful, energetic and confident individual with least 10 years of experience in retail leasing

●Effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills are essential

●Good contacts with retail players and estate agents would have an added advantage

●Effectively bilingual to liaise with potential Chinese speaking stakeholders
