Job Description:

●Lead a team of Operations staff

●Identify and target areas to improve building operations

●Plan, monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day running of business

●Manage procurement processes, coordinate material and resource allocation

●Review and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

●Manage external stakeholders

What you need to know/ have:

●Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in Facilities Building and M & E Management & Projects, preferably with Senior Fire Safety Manager qualifications

●Experience in managing Grade A office buildings

●Sound knowledge of M & E Systems, CSR and environmental initiatives, ISO 9002, 14002 and 18002

●Sound technical knowledge in building and facilities operations
