• An international logistics service provider in Chongqing.  They have a new opening for Director (International Freight Forwarding) – Based in Chongqing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead in developing the sales strategy and budget;

• Lead in setting the team and personal sales targets including non-sales performance indicators and be responsible for achieving the goals;

• Good understanding of the market and the competitors

• Identify key customers to win and develop business development plans to tap new business

• Manages the sales team, including hiring, training, performance management, motivating and leading the team to achieve sales targets

• Responsible for the sales accounts receivable, monitor client payment and manage collection proactively to effectively eliminate bad debts;

Job Requirement:

• Possesses a good university degree, preferably with a focus on international transportation, logistics, supply chain, etc.

• More than five years of international freight forwarding experience and more than three years of sales team management experience;

• Proficient in international maritime, air, railway, land and other multimodal transport products and operation processes;

• Rich customer resources and customer relationships

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities

• Good integrity, strong resilience and can-do spirit

• Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
