Our Client:

• A global investor, headquartered in Singapore, is searching for a high caliber and detail-oriented Assistant Director to join their investment team in handling high-growth portfolio.

Main Scope:

• Identify and originate local investment opportunities to achieve investment mandates

• Assess commercial viability, strategic and financial considerations and conduct due diligence on investment targets, with knowledge in handling intellectual property

• Work closely with legal team, structure investments and negotiate investment terms

• Lead a team of investment managers

• Work with internal stakeholders to assist on management and talent selection, business development, branding and awareness

• Guide portfolio companies to grow value and achieve higher return on investment

Requirements:

• A Good Bachelor’s Degree and above in any discipline

• At least 8 years of local investment experience in private funds/equity/investment banking

• Additional Finance related qualification such as MBA or CFA will have a significant advantage

• Excellent relationship management capabilities, communication and presentation skills
