Our client: 

A public listed property developer that focuses in residential property development projects in Asia.

Role:

• Assist the Assistant General Manager, Sales & Marketing to develop sales & marketing strategies, formulate pricing strategies and execute plans and activities, manage budgets, oversee implementation of sales and marketing activities in line with product branding and offerings

• Seek to achieve Sales and Marketing financial objectives such as sales revenue and gross development value within targeted timeline and planned budget

• Keep abreast of market developments and opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses

• Manage appointed vendors such as marketing, creative and media agencies to ensure contracted deliverables are achieved on a timely manner

• Manage expenditure within approved budget while achieving optimal quality within targeted timeline

• Supervise and maintain orderly sales logistics and oversee sales gallery operations.

• Ensure smooth work relations with government authorities, solicitors, vendors and Project department

• Be familiar with government regulations and Controller of Housing(COH) requirements and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate / Business / Marketing & Sales, or relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with proven track records in a property developer environment; those who are more experienced may be considered for senior manager position

• Experience in successfully managing a full cycle of marketing and sales activities of a residential development projects is essential for this role

• Familiar and hands-on experience in managing the marketing and sales of at least mid-size residential development projects and established track records in managing various property agencies in Singapore

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese with the ability to prepare and present project marketing plans in both languages to Chinese counterparts and senior management

• Creative, analytical, attention to details, resourceful, adaptable and self-driven
