Our client: 

A renowned property developer and a subsidiary of a listed Group in the Stock Exchange of Singapore; with investments and regional presence across different countries in Asia.

Role:

You will support the Board and senior management in reviewing and strengthening the organisation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework and directives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business and functional units to proactively identify, assess and mitigate key risks; including the preparation and review of risk reports, monitoring of enterprise key risks and key risks indicators etc.

• Review, conduct, and update risk assessments on major projects, investments and divestments.

• Develop and conduct the necessary training and communications to build risk and business continuity.

• Assist with the implementation of ERM and BCM initiatives across the organisation.

• Assist in assessing and placement of Insurance Programme.

• From time to time, assist with any other special focus studies or ad hoc tasks assigned by management or Head of Department

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management

• Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills

• Good written, communication and presentation skills
