Due to their growth & developments in China, they are inviting senior management professionals to take up the leadership role in order to achieve business & financial targets, as well as driving the execution of key strategic priorities across the Group’s business in Chengdu, China.
Holds the full P&L, direct and drive the company’s investments, business development, project development management as well as the operations of the Group’s integrated development projects in one of the cities based in Western China.
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in real estate and related products.
Lead and manage a portfolio of integrated development projects (both operational, as well as those under development). This involves evaluating the performance of properties, and managing the properties to maximize its operating & financial performance.
Provide leadership and assume overall accountability for portfolio under your charge. Your key challenges include leading and motivating the development management / property management teams towards achieving positive performance results and creating value for the portfolio under your charge.
Preparation of board papers, presentations, and updating Management on a regular basis.
Managing the interests / expectations of Joint Venture partners and stakeholders, as well as nurturing and sustaining good relationships with the local authorities.
Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related discipline, with at least 12 years working experience in the management of integrated developments in the China market.
Strong and hands-on leadership with effective communication, organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
Strong financial, business development and operational capabilities.
Good with relationship building and managing / influencing people.
Dynamic and results-oriented, able to persevere under challenging situations.
Proven track record in the real estate-related industry.
It is an advantage to possess an extensive network of contacts and government liaison ability in China.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Key desirable personality traits are a sense of urgency, good business acumen, high energy level and strong drive.
Effectively bilingual to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
