Our Client:

●A global real estate investor with assets in major cities across the world.  Due to business needs, they now have a new position for Chief Operating Officer to be based in Shanghai.

Main Responsibilities:

●Oversees and ensures the smooth and efficient operations of the corporate units such as financial management, human resources, legal, public affairs and corporate strategy the Group’s real estate investment portfolio in India

●Assist the CEO in developing, implementing and monitoring the short, mid to long term strategy of the Group’s real estate investment portfolio in India

●Participates in major negotiations and corporate decision-making

Required:

●At least a good university degree in legal, finance or business administration, candidates with postgraduate qualifications will have a strong advantage

●At least 15 years of relevant experience in real estate industry

●Prior working experience involving projects in India will have a strong advantage

●Strong business acumen

●Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

●Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese

●Must be willing to travel to India or be based in India for short term
