Job Description:

●Responsible for the teams P&L, monitoring targets, business plans.

●Responsible for investment analysis on company portfolio.

●Responsible for overseeing the performance quality of assets under management.

●Formulation of asset management plans to maximize the income and value.

●Evaluation of new asset acquisition and opportunities.

●Provide direction in retail and budget feasibilities for asset rejuvenation projects.

●Provide input on potential future acquisitions and divestment within the company.

●Develop and implement asset strategy for the retail assets.

●Active asset management, centre positioning and strategic tenancy mix to maximize the NLA/efficiency, attractiveness and value of the retail

What you need to know/ have:

●A Bachelor Degree with 12 years of relevant working experience with at least 8 years of leadership experience in asset management.

●Familiarity with real estate market, especially retail sector.

●Strong proficiency in financial modelling is essential.
