Our Client:

●An established F&B player headquartered in Chongqing and expanding rapidly in China.  Due to expansion needs, they now have an opening for General Manager  to be based in Chongqing.

Main Responsibilities:

●Manage the operation of the company’s brand, and be responsible for the company’s overall performance and the performance of each brand;

●Establish brand operation standards and management system

●Train, guide, and manage subordinates

●Understand the market conditions, continuously improve products, stores and business models, adapt to market changes, and enhance brand potential;

●Be able to formulate or update profit models, formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly business goals, develop work plans and indicators, and promote the achievement of comprehensive operational indicators such as turnover, cost, profit, and customer satisfaction during operations;

●Develop new markets.

Required:

●More than five years of leadership experience in chain catering companies

●Strong team management and market development capabilities

●Experience in setting up

●High energy and self-motivated

●Sharp thinking, strong logic and judgment, and deep market insight
