Our client:

●A large scale conglomerate with global presence. They are expanding their property business and are searching for a MD – Private Equity Investment (PropTech) based in Singapore.

Job Description:

●Lead new business development, including maintaining detailed pipeline of prospects and potential deals.

●Responsible for evaluating and executing private equity investment opportunities, including transaction plan designing, due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, risk recognition/improvement and post-merger integration.

●Oversee the Finance & Accounting functions of the Fund, and assess financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.

●Serve as a primary negotiator for approved transactions.

●Hire, oversee and train investment and asset management team members as appropriate

What you need to know/ have:

●Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent from a recognized university.

●At least 15 years of regional private equity and proptech investment experience, with more than 5 years holding senior management position.

●Effectively bilingual to handle both Chinese and English speaking stakeholders (both internal and external).

●With an international perspective, meticulous in handling business negotiation, communications, analysis, financial modelling, etc.

●Proven new business origination, deal structuring, negotiation and deal closing history in proptech sector.

●Exposure to private equity M&A transaction is a plus.
