Our client:

●An expanding supermarket chain in Western China.  Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Branch Cluster Manager to be based in Chongqing.

Main Responsibilities:

●Manage a cluster of stores and ensure that communications between HQ and the stores are open and smooth, that the Group policies and procedures are adhered to all the time

●Responsible for hiring, leading, managing and training staff at the stores

●Ensure accurate store inventory

●Ensure reasonable store costs

●Manage and handle store emergencies

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree

●Candidates with Masters qualification will have a strong advantage

●At least 5 years of chain store management experience in Chongqing

●Familiar with process optimization management

●Experienced in leading a team

●Highly energetic and can-do attitude

●Candidates with experience in startups or setting up will have a strong advantage

●Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

●Proficiency in Excel and Word
