Job Description:

●Leads and manage a team to pursue business development activities to win new clients for the Group in Western China

●Builds and maintains good relationship with existing clients, understand their needs and ensure excellent service level.  Cross-sell services where appropriate.

●Keep updated on market trends, knows what the competitors are doing, develop innovative services to ensure market lead

●Ensure the profitability of the Business Unit by managing cost well

What you need to know/ have:

●Good University Degree

●About 12 years of experience in sales/ business development/ account management

●Good understanding of facilities management services

●Good team leadership skills

●Good stakeholder management skills

●Good verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English

●Microsoft Office skills

●Able to travel where required
