Our client:

●A leading technology solutions company focusing in large-scale communications and sensor systems for transportation sector. Due to business growth, they now have a new opening for PIS System Project Director (based in Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

●According to the requirements of the project contract, plan, organize and implement the project plan and timeline

●Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed and delivered in accordance to the project schedule, quality and cost;

●Identifying and solving the problems and risks in the project implementation process;

●Responsible for coordinating the internal and external relationships in the project implementation process

●Responsible for the qualification assessment of sub-project subcontractors and equipment suppliers;

●Responsible for the coordination of the trial operation of the project, complete the acceptance and transfer of the project;

●Responsible for the management of the project team within the department, and coordinate the work between the various departments of the company.

Required:

●At least a good university degree, major in automation, electronics, computer, etc.;

●More than 10 years of relevant working experience with more than 3 years of project management experience in rail transit systems

●Track record in successfully completing more than 2 large-scale engineering projects as a project lead

●Possesses project management experience for overseas projects

●At last 3 years of experience in team leadership positions

●Excellent communication and coordination skills

●Good project management ability, able to grasp the progress of the project and control various key factors;

●Have excellent team leadership and cost control capabilities;

●Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to communicate fluently with overseas customers.
