Our client:

●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.  Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Head, Central Kitchens Business Unit to be based in China.

Main Responsibilities:

●Lead a newly form Central Kitchen team and to be responsible for all Central Kitchen projects in China

●Set up and lead a team to plan and oversee the setting up of central kitchens/ smart kitchens in China

●Works with investment team and assist in structuring, negotiating deals and assist with the due diligence of all new Central Kitchen projects

●Manage Central Kitchen assets and related facilities operations

●Formulate leasing & asset management plans with the view of maximizing performance and enhancing capital growth for the Central Kitchen properties

●Building strong relationships with tenants/customers and key government officials

●Build value and make recommendations regarding their portfolio in accordance with market trends and conditions

Required:

●Good University Degree

●About 8- 10 years of relevant experience in running or setting up Central Kitchens/ Food Production/Foodservice facilities in China

●Good verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English

●Microsoft Office skills

●Able to travel where required
