●A real estate developer in Asia with growing presence in China.

●Due to business expansion needs, they now have a new position as Investment and Asset Management Director – North China (Based in Beijing).

Main Responsibilities:

●Support the business growth goals of the Group, leads the investment and asset management team to:

●Formulating and implementing strategies and business plans to achieve the company’s business management goals and development goals;

●Source & evaluate real estate investment opportunities in major cities in North China.

●Review, evaluate and manages the performance of the Group’s existing assets in North China and where appropriate, to propose measures to improve or enhance the ROI of the assets

●Establish and maintain the relationship between government departments, industry authorities and related parties

●Manages the team performance including coaching, training, team building, etc

Required:

●At least a good university degree in real estate or finance

●At least 12 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management with at least 3years in a team leadership role

●Strong financial skills and good business acumen

●Strong stakeholder management skills

●Effectively bilingual in Chinese and English
