Our client:

●An expanding real estate company with assets in many cities of China.

●Due to new cultural tourism integrated mixed development project in Guangxi, they have a new opening for Commercial Head – Based in Guangxi

Main Responsibilities:

●Fully be responsible for the preparation of the commercial project in charge, and lead the team to achieve business targets;

●Establish and lead the team in project planning, planning, investment promotion, leasing, marketing, operations, etc.;

●Responsible for business negotiations

Required:

●Possesses a good Bachelor degree

●At least 12 years of experience in commercial operation management or project opening of a large real estate group with at least 3 years of experience in a P&L role for large-scale commercial projects

●Familiar with business promotion planning, investment, outstanding resource integration ability

●Excellent communication and coordination, innovative and can-do spirit
