A consultancy firm HQ in Singapore. As they expand their business into China, they are searching for a Head for their new Accelerator Hub in Chongqing.

Main Responsibilities:

●Responsible for customising training materials that aligns with the objectives and intended investment portfolio of the acceleration programme.

●Conduct acceleration programme twice a year.

●Takes full charge of startup acceleration in building network and accelerate business milestones.

●Conduct the Mentor Alignment Workshop

●Conduct Startup Acceleration bootcamp

●Lead weekly one-to-one check-in sessions with startups and mentors.

●Plan recruitment drive and roadshows to interact with and encourage team applications.

●Drive engagement to recruit potential mentors.

●Facilitate teams shortlisting, selection and mentor matching process with co-working space stakeholders and Chief Mentor.

●Organise and execute targeted industry vertical acceleration programmes and hackathons to successful completion.

●Collaborate with Chief Mentor and co-working space stakeholders to design new programmes, events and workshops.

●Responsible for running of programmes within budget (P&L ownership)

●Design operation guidelines, best practices and checklists for investments.

●Curate and maintain network of investors.

What you need to know/ have:

●Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

●At least 3 solid year(s) of working experience in a start up environment (holding management position); accelerator or incubation hub, or VC related field is required for this position.

●Good international exposure with passion to help start ups and young entrepreneurs grow

●Applicants must be willing to relocate to Chongqing

●Applicants need to be bilingual in order to communicate with China local start ups

●Versatile, creative, energetic and has a positive attitude.
