Based in London Office, the successful incumbent will oversee the full spectrum of human resources function.
The incumbent will be the point of contact for all human resources related matters. You will work closely with the Singapore counterparts, with advisory support and direction from the Corporate HR Team in Singapore. The scope of responsibilities with include (but not limited to):-
●Develop staff handbook and HR policies
●Oversee Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Performance Management, HR Operations and HR Administration
●Set up SOPs on all HR-related activities
●Apply Sponsor Licence for entities and manage the obligations after approval to ensure audit ready at all times
●Operationalize the in-sourcing of employees from existing Operators
●Prepare regular reports for HQ and Board of Directors in Singapore
What you need to know/ have:
●A Bachelor Degree and well-versed in UK employment law, payroll, pension and TUPE regulations
●At least 8 years of experience from a multicultural, corporate environment within real estate industry
●Independent, resourceful, meticulous and good follow-through
●Experienced in HR integration post TUPE
●Must be adaptable in fluid situations and fast-paced environment
●Travelling within UK expected
