Job Duties / Responsibilities:

●Partner with various stakeholders within and outside finance functions located in Europe (Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France and Jersey) and Singapore to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial accounts

●Review monthly financial accounts, bank reconciliation, debtor aging, supporting schedules, statutory and management reports

●Preparation of year-end audit schedules and year-end reporting pack

●Liaise with external auditors for statutory audits

●Liaise with tax consultants for tax filings

●Prepare/review/submit regulatory filings such as statutory accounts, VAT, Corporate Income Tax, TUPE, Withholding Tax, Construction Industry Scheme,

●Implement policies and procedures relating to accounting, procurement, leasing, etc.

●Coordinate internal audit visits and review internal audit findings

Required:

●Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA

●Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in audit/accounting environment

●Experience in the real estate sector
