●A foreign-owned real estate Group with assets across China.

●Due to business needs, they now have a new opening for Government Relations Manager to be based in Jiangsu, China.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

●Assist the Project Head to build and manage good relationships with the various government authorities and departments

●Coordinates site inspections by the various government departments

●Promptly obtaining various permits and licenses at different stages of the projects to ensure smooth progress project in accordance to schedule

Required:

●Possesses at least a good university degree

●At least 8 years of relevant working experience in China

●Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English
