Role and Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing, establishing and enhancing the company’s financial system, processes and internal controls in accordance to Group guidelines.

• He/ she will plan, manage and is fully responsible for accounting, cashflow, treasury, capital investment, taxation, budgeting, internal control, risk management and governance.

• He/ she will oversee the annual statutory audit and liaise with auditors to ensure all audit objectives and deliverables are met within timeline.

• He/ she will maintain good relationship and liaise with all stakeholders, regulators, bankers, external auditors and tax agents in relation to the relevant matters.

What you need to know/ have:

• The ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting with 3 to 5 years in financial leadership positions.

• Candidates will similar experience in logistics  industry or joint ventures or MNCs will have strong advantage.

• He/ she should possess strong interpersonal skills who is able to manage various stakeholders.
