Reporting to the CEO, lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, HR policies & procedures and company payroll
Partner all Business Units and understand/identify key business challenges and people/organization implications and to derived/aligned HR plans and strategy to support the business growth including recruitment, training and development
Provide timely and comprehensive monthly Group HR reports to Management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, implement internal control on HR policies and processes and liaise with statutory authorities on employee issues
Plan, budget and manage HR costs for the business units in line with Corporate objectives.
Conduct salary benchmarking and review C&B structure to ensure market competitiveness
Lead the implementation of HRIS by working with external vendor
Provide leadership to HR team
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
15 years of relevant work experience in full spectrum HR with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience working in hotels or resorts is preferred.
Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders, experienced in business partnering.
Resourceful, positive attitude with strong business acumen.
Sound knowledge of local Employment & Industrial Relations Act.
Proven team leading capabilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
