Our Client:

A leading tyre manufacturer in the world.   Due to business expansion, they have a new role for Tire Original Equipment Key Account and Aftersales Manager (based in China).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing new Original Equipment Manufacturing key accounts customers in the market for both truck and trailer manufacturers

• Work with Key Accounts on new product development and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

• Responsible for maintaining and managing existing customers, providing professional advice, and training to customers.

• Responsible for helping customers from technical aspects.

• Understand the new demands and trends of new machinery and tyre.

• Handle product claims properly.

Required:

• At least 10 years of key account management experience in Commercial Vehicle Tyre Sales

• Good market knowledge.

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
