A leading short video MCN platform which specialises in scouting and growing video bloggers for brand promotion. It has more than 100 creators under its wings, across topics such as food, beauty, pets, fashion, and lifestyle.  Due to business expansion needs, they now have new position as Consulting Director (Social Media Advertising) – Based in USA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice to the CEO on market information on the advertising industry of social media in the US, including but not limited to TikTok.

• Conduct market research, analysis and prepare reports on vertical industries/ typical regions on the status and development trends of the US social media advertising industry;

• Keep a keen eye on the dynamic developments related to the social media industry, and make suggestions for optimization of rules, trends and operations;

• Assist the CEO to establish relevant industry resources and contacts, and assist in advancing business development activities later

Required:

• At least a Good university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering discplines

• More than 12 years of work experience in M&E, with at least 3 years in a team lead position.

• Candidates with prior relevant working experience in  Africa will have a strong advantage

• Good communication skills and good interpersonal relationships

• Effective communication skills in English

• Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin will have a strong advantage
