Organizing the establishment and application of new construction projects;
Prepare project work plan and progress plan;
Participate in the selection and market research of key equipment used in the project, and organize the bidding of project construction units and equipment suppliers.
Supervise the work progress and quality of the design unit; organize the technical disclosure of the design drawings;
Review engineering equipment and material plans;
Organize and implement verification work plans such as installation confirmation, performance confirmation, and operation confirmation according to GMP requirements;
Supervise the construction progress, quality and site management of each project team;
Due to the needs of the company or the engineering changes proposed by the construction unit, organize relevant technical personnel to conduct on-site confirmation. Review the change plan and submit it for approval, organize the implementation, and verify the amount of change;
At least good university degree, major in architectural engineering and engineering management.
Experience in construction project application, bidding and acceptance process, project budgetting and project quality control
Experience with pharmaceutical factory projects a strong advantage
Familiar with CAD, MS Project, etc., familiar with drug preparation equipment selection, and FAT, SAT process;
Possesses the capability in managing the overall operation, cost control, project management, technical guidance and supervision of the construction company.
