Our client: 

A renowned property developer listed in the Stock Exchange of Singapore, with investments and regional presence in Asia Pacific and Europe.

The Role:

The incumbent will be assigned a portfolio of properties comprising of different Asset types within the Asset Management Division.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly updates on asset performance and financial reporting, with detailed analysis and recommendations.

• Assist to review the financial performance of existing assets, work with Operation team to develop enhancement plans to unlock or enhance capital value or improve competitiveness

• Evaluate performance of assigned properties, with a focus on revenue, expenditures, and occupancy

• Stay current on market trends to ensure competitiveness from all perspectives

• Prepare annual budget, including revenue forecasting for assigned properties

• Oversee portfolio analysts to carry-out asset management analysis, reporting and AEI analysis.

• Research and keep a view on relevant market news/development and comparable benchmarking.

• Support all sectors monthly reporting and quarterly projection process using Argus.

• Support all sector’s monthly analysis and reporting including Leases, Expenses and NOI.

• Preparation of management reports

• Business oversight on Dashboard enhancement and development of reporting requirements using Tableau.

• Various ad-hoc analysis and data collation to support Division reporting and activities.

• Provide asset support to Operation team.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree with at least 8 years’ experience

• Proven track record of asset analysis and management across various property types

• Digitally savvy to optimize available technology

• Strong financial acumen, verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• A strong team player with dynamic personality & entrepreneurial mindset
