A leading customer-facing services and solution provider who operates one of the top e-commerce sites.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors & relevant stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects
Prepare project documentation including Minutes of Meeting, Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications (or
Understanding Documents), User Acceptance Test Plans and Reports, Training and User Manuals, Release Notes, Project Status Reports, etc.
Manage the project team (in-house and external vendors). Proper allocation of tasks and management of priorities for project team members.
Perform other related duties as assigned
At least a Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT industry
Effectively bilingual with chinese and english to liaise with chinese speaking stakeholders and documents
Experienced in managing IT project implementation activities such as scheduling and deliver projects
Resolving IT solution escalations/issues by communicating and facilitating with relevant teams and vendor
Proactive, organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
Good problem-solving abilities
Proficient in administering Office 365, SharePoint, JIRA, enterprise business applications, infrastructure equipment and security solution.
Candidates with PMP or ITPM certifications are preferred
Experience with SCRUM/Agile/Waterfall methodologies
