Responsible for driving the regional partner development efforts in the exciting and rapidly growing Web3 ecosystem
Develop and execute the company’s partner and ecosystem strategy in the region, in collaboration with business, product and engineering leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and scale partnership models that expand the market reach and drive revenue across geographies
Identify, structure, negotiate and close partnerships with ecosystem players across the company’s commercial value chain
Drive operational and contractual terms with prospective partners through collaboration with legal and finance teams
Optimise partner performance through business reviews, identify ongoing business opportunities to expand reach, revenue and grow existing relationships
Establish regular reporting cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong focus on data and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5 years of experience with relevant experience and proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development or management consulting
Good understanding of SaaS and tech ecosystems
A strong and versatile team player who can work with team members from various functions
Structured, systematic, diligent and self-driven
A self-starter who can creatively construct and devise new pathways to generate leads
