Looking for a full-time experienced compliance professional to assist in enhancing the compliance framework of the Company. This role will report to the Head of Finance & Compliance.
Review, analyse and propose risk mitigation alternatives on the Company’s various types of contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, tenders, and professional service agreements.
Responsible for ensuring processes and documentation are following MAS Payment Services Act Regulations.
To review, draft and negotiate terms and conditions of various types of contracts with external parties and partners of the Company
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel in relation to external legal advice and its interpretation and management of legal costs.
Participate in mitigation processes in line with overall standard operating procedures of the organisation
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Business Management, or related discipline.
Professional Certificate in Legal Studies, or relevant field (for those without relevant a Law Degree).
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal contract management and administration.
Experience managing Contracts, PDPA, and Regulatory Compliances is mandatory to be successful in this role.
Candidates with knowledge on the Payment Services Act is an added advantage.
