Build data analytics capability to analyze HR data, draw insights on risk mitigation or guide our leaders to make better people decisions.
Strengthen retention strategy through building clear career path with appropriate Learning & Development interventions.
Manages the Human Resources budget and people cost with good ROI
University degree, preferably in HR or business related discipline
Minimum 18 years relevant full spectrum HR experience preferably in financial industry and/or professional services with hands on experience in business advisory & execution
Excellent knowledge on people management practices and Employment Act
Driven, proactive, innovative with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and business acumen.
