A technology-driven (online-offline) F&B chain business with operations in China.
In view of their expansion on their regional HQ in Singapore, they are sourcing for a Product Director as one of the pioneer team members responsible for product management in Singapore and SEA.
Manage product planning, business process design, functional design, product optimization;
Define the medium and long-term development vision of the product line, formulate product business specifications, establish and improve product documentation, business processes and related content;
Responsible for connecting with various business departments within the company and providing digital solutions;
Manage the launching of new products and functions while continuously optimizing existing front-end products;
Convey and communicate product features with the IT department;
Research and stay up to date on the market and able to export business needs in the local market.
Degree in related technical field, or equivalent practical experience;
Minimum 8 years of product management with relevant experience in Internet retail industry, supply chain and logistics, F&B chain or Ecommerce;
Experience in resource integration in the Internet field and proficient in the whole process of Internet products and services;
Strong demand analysis, product planning, project promotion capabilities, and familiar with the entire process of product development;
Versed analytical capabilities and able to conduct comprehensive analysis from a business perspective and product perspective;
Entrepreneur mindset with excellent communication and coordination skills.
