Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager 高级薪酬经理（工作地：新加坡）
Strategize, plan and effectively execute and manage the HR operations and policies in relations to compensation, benefits, staff mobility.
Planning of manpower and employees related budgets and costs.
Coordinate employees’ recognition, benefits, awards and performance.
Review salary competitiveness, manpower cost budgeting & provisions.
Manage and implement the performance management and remuneration review exercises.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions are in compliance with business goals and regulatory requirements.
What you need to know/ have:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent field with minimum 10 years of experiences in compensation and benefits or experience in rewards program implementation in a large organization.
Able to work well within a fast-paced and matrix environment.
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, eyes for details.
Independent team player with excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability in spreadsheets structuring.
Working knowledge on excel macros and visual basic will be a plus point.
