Own the P&L of wholesale’s online growth and expansion targets;
Strategies and optimise wholesale online conversion rate (B2C e-commerce optimisation);
In collaboration with sales and customer success team to develop holistic marketing strategy and campaign calendar to acquire buyer and supplier leads;
Identify and pitch to various trade partners to collaborate and expand the outreach of marketing channels;
Establish the right marketing program for the customers worldwide;
Measure brand awareness and perception;
Continuously examine & analyze the wholesale business performance from sales, merchandising, marketing and operations perspective.
BA/BS degree in marketing/communications with minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and brand marketing and at least 2 years of managerial experience
Knowledge in performance marketing and content marketing will be a big plus
Strong communication skills and writing skills and able to partner and influence stakeholders
Critical thinker with excellent analytical skill and creative in problem solving
Team player and ability to multi-task
