According to the requirements of the group headquarter, responsible for overall company development and operations in Vietnam, formulating and implementing business development plan in local market.
Build the company’s brand in Vietnam to enhance the awareness of the company’s products and brand in the target customer group.
Responsible for supervising the recruitment, training and development of the team in Vietnam. Build a complete team and structure with local expertise to meet business development needs,
Responsible for business management in Vietnam: such as develop new customer, maintenance customer relationship, closing orders, project delivery and handover, after sales service activity and supervise the completion of sales targets in various countries.
Cooperate with local enterprises/local authority to obtain all necessary resources and services.
Continuously evaluate the regional development, sales and marketing activities in Vietnam, and submit reports to the company headquarters, including but not limited to: budget, sales performance, business development, team development and regulatory compliance reports.
Ensure that all activities in Vietnam comply with local regulations and cultural norms.
Familiar with the Vietnam pharmaceutical manufacturing industry，and have at least 5 years of industry experience.
Have at least 7 years of operation and management experience in Vietnam business environment.
Experience in the sales management team of equipment, packaging material or related products in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Proficient in English and Vietnamese (preferred);
Proficient in office software such as PowerPoint,excel word;
Have a strong adaptability and a sense of responsibility
Analytical thinkers with excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership, good at inspiring and motivating the team
Excellent negotiation skills
