Our Client:

●An international logistics Group with China headquarters in Guangzhou.

●They now have an opening for Head of Finance (China)  to be based in Guangzhou.

Main Responsibilities:

●Responsible for the overall operations of the Groups finance function

●Oversee the finance teams in various cities in China

●Responsible for organizing and compiling the company’s annual (quarterly cost, profit, capital, expense, etc. related financial indicators)

●Plan, regularly inspect, supervise, and evaluate the implementation of the plan, and adjust and control the plan’s implementation in a timely manner.

●Organize accounting personnel to handle accounts correctly, timely and completely, and ensure that accounting vouchers and various bills are in order

●Review online bank payments, strengthen financial supervision, and earnestly perform financial income and expenditure approval procedures and expense reporting

●Sales system

●Responsible for the management of fixed assets and liquid funds, and timely handle the purchase and construction of fixed assets with relevant departments

●Financial review procedures such as transfer and scrap

●Organize the annual budget and cooperate with the annual audit work;

●Strictly implement the company’s various systems, maintain good professional ethics, and maintain the company’s image;

Required:

●At least a full-time Diploma in Accounting

●Holder of intermediate qualification certificate

●More than seven years of work experience in financial management positions in the international logistics industry
