●Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning to maximise returns (P&L)
●Manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
●Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
●Oversee the operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
●Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
●Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
●At least a Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
●At least 12 years of relevant experience in automotive or O2O e-commerce set-up with at least 5 years in key leadership position
●Possess the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is essential to liaise with Chinese and English speaking stakeholders
●Ability to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues, possess the aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
●Proven track record in financial management, business development, P&L and operational capabilities
●Dynamic and results-oriented, able to persevere under challenging situations
●Key personality traits are good business acumen, high energy level and strong drive
●Experience in fundraising will possess an added advantage
