Our client:

●A large scale conglomerate with global presence. They are expanding their property business and are searching for a MD Capital Market & Investor Relations based in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

●Develop the Fund IR strategy and framework, manage capital raising, prepare investor promotion and roadshow materials, organize further demonstration publicity materials

●Provide tailored capital markets advice, develop and assist in the execution of both traditional and non-traditional capital solutions.

●Stay aware of capital market dynamics, provide appropriate information for disclosure, keep tracking policies and regulatory compliances

●Manage capital raising activities including managing investor relations and reporting

●Liaise with existing investors as well as establish new client and consultant relationships including external advisors, legal and if applicable, placement agents.

●Maintenance of fund model and other fund administration matters

●Manage all private fund formation processes including fund structuring, term sheet negotiations and fund documentation, working alongside Finance and Legal & Compliance.

What you need to know/ have:

●Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

●Candidate will have over 15 years of real estate capital market and fund raising experience with strong global network

●Buy-side experience preferred including land and completed buildings for various asset classes

●Proven fund structuring and investor relations management experience

●Resourceful, open-minded, proactive, quick learner, bright, demonstrated intellectual curiosity

●Exposure to private equity funds is a plus
