Our client:

●A JV company between two automotive conglomerates. They will be developing an ecommerce platform serving their global partners and distributors. In view of this venture in Singapore, they are sourcing for a Country Manager to join the core management team.

Job Description:

●Responsible for company’s P&L, production, operation as well as business development, sales & marketing activities in the country.

●Identify and establish business opportunities within the region.

●Set up the teams from scratch.

●Develop pipeline and drive sales across all related products and expand on product portfolio for additional revenue.

●Identify key clients and build sustainable relationships with new and existing key stakeholders.

●Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions in line with business’s direction.

●Plan and coordinate financial and budget activities.

What you need to know/ have:

●Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance/ Marketing or other relevant disciplines.

●Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with at least 8 years of leadership experience in supply chain industry.

●Good leadership with strong stakeholder management abilities.

●Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

●Good business acumen, business partnering, and analytical thinking skills.

●Hands-on, independent and initiative with an entrepreneurship mindset.
