Our client:

●A JV company between two automotive conglomerates.

●They will be developing an ecommerce platform serving their global partners and distributors. In view of this new venture (Start-Up) in Singapore, they are sourcing for a HR Director to join the core management team.

Main Responsibilities:

●Oversee full spectrum of HR functions to support and facilitate the operations and development of business globally

●Spearhead, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives

●Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to attract, motivate and retain our talents

●Responsible for full employee life-cycle (e.g. recruitment, interview, selection, on-boarding, training, etc.)

●Advising Management and HR teams on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.

●Promote Company branding and support management team to drive business strategies and objectives

●Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in each country

●Any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Required:

●At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources/Business or equivalent

●At least 10 years of relevant work experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably with regional exposure

●Experience in Automotive/Ecommerce space would have an added advantage

●Experience in starting up HR functions from scratch or in a start-up environment would possess an added advantage

●Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem solving skills; Possess positive attitude towards work

●Excellent interpersonal skills, high cooperative and willing to meet people from all levels

●Hands-on with an entrepreneurship mindset
