Our client:

●A growing creativity solutions provider specializing in conceptualising, planning and executing conferences, venues, and exhibitions, has an opening for Project Manager (Exhibitions) – Based in Chongqing:

Main Responsibilities:

●Prepare project budgets, conduct commercial negotiations, manage third party service proviers, and complete quotations independently;

●Responsible for preparation, manpower planning and implementation of exhibition projects ensuring smooth delivery within schedule, budget and quality.

●Detailed project process, on-site organization and implementation, production process management and control, monitoring the progress of activities, to ensure that the expected goals of the project are achieved;

●Monitor and control the detailed supervision of the entire project

●Post-project follow-up, collating feedback and analysis

Required:

●Good University Degree

●At least 7 years of relevant project management experience in exhibitions

●Strong co-ordination and people management skills

●Good communication skills in Mandarin and English

●Self-starter and can-do attitude

●Microsoft Office skills
