Our client:

●An international 3PL supply chain solution provider, with a growing presence in many cities in Asia including China and Singapore, has an opening for China Head of Sales:

Main Responsibilities:

Country sales management for the Group’s business in China

●Establish relationships with new and existing customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets

●Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales

●Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis

●Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales

●Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams to design and deliver full 3PL solutions to customers

Required:

●Good University Degree

●At least 12 years of experience in 3PL Sales, those with prior experience selling to customers from Electronics, Beauty & Fragrance, Oil & Gas or Cold Chain industries will have a strong advantage

●Good communication skills in Mandarin and English

●Self-starter and can-do attitude

●Microsoft Office skills

●Able to travel frequently within China for business trips
