Our client:

●An international innovative diagnostic device medicine company establishing a new centre in Suzhou.

●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Scientific Affairs Manager (based in Suzhou).

Main Responsibilities:

●Establish, manage and develop a wide network of medical experts across China and establish good cooperative relations with academic institutions and clinical experts

●Coordinate and manage scientific research projects

●Organize and promote related medical academic topics and projects

●Monitor scientific literature for new developments, analyze relevant trends and practices, and formulate medical strategies based on product characteristics, project-related activities promotion plans and promotional materials

●Work with the marketing department to formulate product promotion strategies

●Responsible for the communication of cooperative KOL projects and management feedback during the project process

●Participate in, organize or assist in important academic conferences, special conferences, medical education activities and training

●Provide training on precision medicine and oncology diseases for internal employees and customers

●Research NGS-related clinical testing updates and government policies

Required:

●Master’s degree or above in clinical medicine, oncology, genetics, molecular biology or other related biomedicine

●About 4 years of experience in the biomedical industry

●Familiar with tumor, gene, NGS related technologies and policies

●Possesses a good NGS technical background and application experience

●Working experience in third-party laboratories and IVD companies is preferred

●Self-starter and can-do attitude

●Good verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English

●Microsoft Office skills
