Our client:

●A leading real estate developer with growing presence in Asia, including China.

●Due to business expansion, they have a new opening for Treasury Manager (based in Shanghai)

Main Responsibilities:

●Manage treasury activities – loans and cash management operations, ensuring the projects can comfortably and prudently meet its funding needs and financial obligations at all times.

●Develop, manage and strategise debt and contingent liability portfolio to ensure it is executed prudently and efficiently, and able to comfortably meet its financial obligations.

●Plan, monitor and minimize the treasury and financial risk exposure

●Devise plans to deleverage the liabilities to replace high risk liabilities with sustainable funding sources from reputable institutions

●Devise plans to seek out varied funding sources and take appropriate action to minimize overall interest costs

●Devise plans to obtain full cash visibility of the group of companies and take appropriate action for cash management strategies to plan for medium term cash needs, optimize the use of cash

●Establish processes and procedures to ensure all regulatory and non-regulatory compliance matters are complied with.

Required:

●Good university Degree

●At least 12 years of relevant experience

●Good exposure to international capital market, banking and financing, asset and liability management, risk and loan portfolio management

●Strong analytical skills

●Effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English

●Microsoft Office skills
